Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of customer onboardings, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will guide clients through the successful implementation of the platform, third-party integrations, and AI capabilities while ensuring clear communication and timelines throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Project manage customer onboarding to drive successful outcomes and maintain client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage expectations, track project progress, and ensure timely rollouts
• Utilize AI tools to streamline project tracking and documentation, enhancing the efficiency of the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a professional services environment
• Strong understanding of technology, including experience with RESTful APIs and marketing platforms
• Curiosity about AI and its applications in marketing technology
• Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
