Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the software implementation process for new clients, including gathering requirements, developing timelines, and addressing implementation issues
  • Act as a client partner and liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and resource management
  • Provide in-depth training on the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding or Implementation, with software implementation and project management experience
  • Previous training experience and understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts
  • Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset
  • Preferred qualifications include LMS admin or training experience, PMP certification, and experience with data import tools
  • Second language skills are a plus
