Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of implementation projects
• Serve as primary client contact, resolving issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and oversee quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of customer facing Project Manager experience in a SaaS or Clinical Trials environment
• Minimum 3 years of Clinical Research experience
• Strong knowledge of FDA and ICH/GCP Guidelines
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
• Strong knowledge of issues resolved by product offerings in Clinical Trials space
