Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management for concurrent projects
- Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans
- Manage customer expectations and drive results with all parties involved
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of project management experience in Benefits Administration or Comparable Software
- Deep understanding of employee benefits, HRIS, Payroll, or equivalent programs
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Licensure in Life and Health Insurance or ability to obtain within one year of employment
