Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer kickoff and scoping meetings, developing detailed project plans
Document and communicate project status to ensure projects remain on track
Support customers during the adoption phase by troubleshooting issues and optimizing software configuration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant professional experience
Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles
At least 2 years of project management experience
Experience with project planning software such as SmartSheet
Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems and spend/purchase cards
