Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead internal and customer-facing projects for high-quality Human Capital Management implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise-level customers, ensuring high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage multiple Enterprise HCM implementations, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from point-of-sale through go-live
• Drive product and process improvements, collaborating with sales to streamline pre-sale processes and ensuring project adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience managing internal and customer-facing projects in the HCM industry
• PMP/APA Certification is a plus
• Proven success in supporting HCM business applications with experience in SaaS solutions
• Strong technical understanding of the HCM domain and experience in building best practices around project management
