Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation journey for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams and clients during the onboarding process
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, conduct practice analyses, and ensure alignment on project expectations
• Monitor the practice's transition post-live and endorse to the Account Manager upon completion

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vtiger) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS environments is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle client concerns professionally and proactively
