Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Implementation Project Manager to lead complex client onboarding and solution implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams and clients to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive project execution, ensuring milestones are met within scope, time, and budget
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or wealth management software
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level client onboarding or implementation projects
• Strong understanding of financial technology platforms and investment workflows
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required
