Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation journey for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and successful project milestones
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and conduct practice analyses to set expectations and define next steps
• Monitor client progress post-implementation and endorse practices to the Account Manager upon completion

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, client onboarding, or implementation roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Vtiger) is a plus
• Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or SaaS environments is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to handle client concerns with professionalism and proactive solutions
