Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software implementations by assisting customers with requirements definition, system configuration, tracking progress, and risk assessment
• Manage relationships and communication regarding schedule, scope, changes, and budget with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
• Create documentation and mitigation plans to support project execution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience implementing SaaS Software
• BA/BS degree in a related field and PMP Certification or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code integration platforms, SQL, data analytics, and data warehouse software preferred
• Passion for helping non-profit clients achieve transformative change
