Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery of payroll solutions
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings and develop project plans to track milestones and deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of client management experience in the payroll/HCM industry
  • At least 2 years of experience in implementation/project management in a Software-as-a-Service environment
  • Proven ability to assess situations and make timely decisions in the best interest of clients
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
