Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day project management duties, including project plan creation and status reporting
• Own the outcomes of customer implementation projects, ensuring on-time and within budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between clients and internal departments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing project management or consulting role
• Experience managing multiple, simultaneous, time-critical projects
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and a high level of customer service
• Experience in the mortgage industry and with project management tools is a plus
