Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee customer implementations of their Paymode solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead Paymode implementation projects to ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers during implementation and transition processes
  • Coordinate project activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure success criteria are met within timeline and budget
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of professional Project Management experience
  • Experience in banking application implementations is preferred
  • Technical proficiency in MS Excel, MS SharePoint, and MS Project is required
  • Experience with ERP integration or related payments platform is a plus
  • Customer service orientation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
