Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Lead to manage software implementations from sales handoff to system go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the product and guide customers through the implementation lifecycle
• Gather and interpret customer requirements to configure the solution accordingly
• Serve as a project manager for various implementation projects and manage project status and resources

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or related roles
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience with the company's software is a plus
• Ability to manage workload with limited oversight
