Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the implementation lifecycle for new customers on their technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through the implementation process and improve procedures and tooling
• Manage onboarding documentation, data extraction, and quality testing
• Communicate updates and manage multiple projects while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment or the auto industry
• Experience in leading teams and managing processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office 365, and Salesforce.com
• Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
