Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client relationships and coordinate pre-go-live implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-go-live implementation process
• Coordinate specialist teams to ensure seamless project execution and client onboarding
• Develop and manage detailed project plans while monitoring progress and addressing potential issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementation
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong background in client relationship management and expectation setting
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and advanced project management tools
