Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, requirements, and objectives; manage implementation projects
• Facilitate project meetings and drive timelines to meet milestones
• Configure platform settings, perform testing, and deliver training for client staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required; CAPM or PMP Certification preferred
• 2-4 years in a system analyst and/or software implementation role
• Preferred 3+ years in SaaS implementation, ERP integration, or technical project management
• Experience with SQL, HTML, and XML
• Familiarity with higher education systems and payment processing
