Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead client interactions and manage software implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic Salesforce configurations and manage data migration processes
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Track project management tasks, provide training, and troubleshoot software issues

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce experience, including configurations and customization
• Project Management background preferred (PMP certifications, etc.)
• 2-4 years of experience in solution consulting, data analysis, or software implementations
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
• Industry experience in B2B software is preferred
