Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee and execute client implementations for a Pharmacy Navigation Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full lifecycle client implementations from kickoff to go-live and transition
  • Proactively identify risks and maintain structured documentation and project plans
  • Serve as the primary client contact, communicating project status and managing scope changes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation, client delivery, or project management roles, preferably in healthcare technology
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry preferred; PBM experience highly desirable
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred
  • Commitment to continuous learning related to pharmacy benefit management and healthcare trends
