Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead complex global payroll implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle project delivery for global payroll implementations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Serve as the primary contact for client project teams, building trust and managing expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to payroll compliance and local labor laws

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in global payroll implementation project management
• Proven track record managing multi-country payroll implementations with complex regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of global payroll concepts and local compliance issues
• PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications are strongly preferred
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or JIRA
