Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager, Benefit Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for employer clients, ensuring all timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met
- Serve as the primary liaison with employers, facilitating regular project meetings and ensuring alignment between internal teams and client expectations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide ongoing reporting on project status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in project or implementation management, preferably within a healthcare, PBM, or employee benefits environment
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementation projects
- Familiarity with pharmacy benefit design, claims processing workflows, and data exchange requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project)
