Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Own implementation project management across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building project plans and tracking milestones
• Serve as the liaison between Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering, translating customer requirements into technical asks
• Run customer-facing implementation workstreams, including kickoffs and status syncs, while identifying and escalating risks early

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation, technical project management, or solutions delivery at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience managing complex enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and proactive communication style
• Comfortable in technical conversations and representing customer needs to product and engineering teams
• Experience with enterprise HR tech or AI platforms is a plus
