Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful execution across all phases of the lifecycle
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process
• Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of project management or implementation experience, preferably within benefits or HR technology
• Working knowledge of benefits administration processes and/or implementation methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile, etc.) is preferred
