Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the delivery of SaaS solutions for new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, setting expectations and tracking milestones
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams and ensure seamless delivery of integrations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS project management or implementation, preferably in HR Tech or Staffing technology
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple concurrent projects with structured timelines
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Salesforce
• Ability to gather requirements and understand client business processes
• Proven track record of contributing to process improvement and documentation
