Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee and execute strategic projects throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from the point of sale through "Go-Live," ensuring alignment with client business goals
• Act as the primary liaison between client sponsors and internal teams
• Proactively identify risks and manage conflicts that may impact project timelines or budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience
• 3+ years of client-facing implementation or project management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with SaaS implementation, including API integrations and data migrations
• Hands-on experience with project management software and CRM platforms
• PMP or PM certification(s) is a plus
