Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and deployment of their platform for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Manage data migration, system configuration, and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or technology implementations
• Proven experience managing client-facing implementation projects
• Strong understanding of software onboarding, integrations, and data workflows
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus
