Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer projects throughout system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent customer projects from initiation through completion
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers to document detailed business and functional requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication and project updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid of both
• Proficiency with project management tools such as GuideCX and Monday.com
• Experience managing implementation projects or customer onboarding for a SaaS application
• Familiarity with EDI, API integrations, and system integration concepts
