Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Administration Implementation Manager to manage and execute implementation projects while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of new implementation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to facilitate project deliverables and maintain communication
- Oversee the project plan from kick-off to sign-off, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in project management and benefit administration
- Experience in managing client relationships and project governance
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate client acceptance testing and issue resolution
- Proven ability to promote best practices during implementation projects
