Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the implementation cycle of workforce management applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive customer success and document project progress
• Identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation while facilitating effective communication and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in software deployment and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing resource utilization and project profitability
• Familiarity with Payroll and/or workforce management systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft T-SQL and SQL query writing is a plus
