Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee the implementation phase of customer journeys and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project plans with milestones and accountability for achieving objectives
• Support customers with data model and system setup while ensuring a positive customer experience
• Identify gaps in implementation processes and drive improvements for scalability and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation and/or project management, particularly with complex SaaS implementations
• Experience in a B2B SaaS startup, preferably in health tech or healthcare operations
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-level projects and lead end-to-end client implementations
• Experience with SaaS configuration, including integrations and APIs
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, and Asana
