Job Summary

Implementation Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the onboarding process for new customers in a full-time remote role, ensuring successful project completion and customer training while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless transitions from Sales to Customer Success
  • Develop and maintain onboarding plans, timelines, and deliverables with defined milestones and success measures
  • Facilitate customer training and conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders throughout the onboarding process
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS implementation/onboarding project management, with 2+ years in a startup environment
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context
  • Experience in end-to-end customer training, including curriculum development and live delivery
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, and customer lifecycle tools
  • Certifications in project management such as PMP or CAPM are a plus
