Job Summary

Leading end-to-end implementation projects for higher education clients, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will configure payment platforms, integrate with client ERP systems, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while collaborating across departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, requirements, and objectives; initiate and manage implementation projects
  • Facilitate project meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes while driving project timelines
  • Deliver training for client staff and prepare user guides and training materials
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required; CAPM or PMP Certification preferred
  • 2-4 years in a system analyst and/or software implementation role
  • Experience with SaaS implementation, ERP integration, or technical project management preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML
  • Understanding of higher education systems and payment processing
