Job Summary
Leading end-to-end implementation projects for higher education clients, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will configure payment platforms, integrate with client ERP systems, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience while collaborating across departments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Define project scope, requirements, and objectives; initiate and manage implementation projects
- Facilitate project meetings with clear agendas and actionable outcomes while driving project timelines
- Deliver training for client staff and prepare user guides and training materials
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) required; CAPM or PMP Certification preferred
- 2-4 years in a system analyst and/or software implementation role
- Experience with SaaS implementation, ERP integration, or technical project management preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML, XML
- Understanding of higher education systems and payment processing
