Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end implementation of healthcare technology solutions, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage client onboarding, oversee complex data integrations, and ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation cycles, including discovery, data readiness, configuration, integration, and go-live activities
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies while facilitating internal and external project meetings
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementations, ensuring a responsive client experience and delivering clear updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, IT, Data, Project Management, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of implementation or project management experience in healthcare technology or related fields
• Strong understanding of healthcare data structures and integration workflows
• Experience implementing SaaS products and services-based solutions
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project
