Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and coordinating specialist teams, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will oversee the pre-go-live implementation process, ensuring clients are well-prepared and confident for their go-live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the pre-go-live implementation process
• Coordinate scheduling and deliverables across various specialist teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Develop and manage detailed project plans while monitoring progress and addressing potential issues proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS implementation
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and specialists
• Strong background in client relationship management and expectation setting
• Advanced project management tool proficiency (e.g., Rocketlane, Asana) and strong technology background with an understanding of SaaS platforms
