Job Summary

Leading services projects remotely, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will manage deployment resources, ensure deliverables are met on time and under budget, and drive customer deployment projects while partnering with IT on systems and infrastructure processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee services projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Drive customer deployment projects, collaborating with IT on program and process initiatives
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in conjunction with product partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience in a customer-facing, consultative role
• Prior experience deploying SAAS solutions to customers
