Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will oversee the entire implementation lifecycle for staffing, workforce management, and payroll solutions, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery while driving accountability among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation while facilitating business process reviews
• Configure applications to meet customer requirements and coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience in deploying Vendor Management Platforms and/or Payroll/Workforce management systems
• Strong knowledge of the staffing industry, including contingent labor management and agency operations
• Proven ability to independently drive projects to successful conclusions
• Familiarity with relational database concepts and experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus
