Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the implementation and ongoing support of wireless fleet management solutions, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will oversee multiple customer programs remotely, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle implementation of technical products and services in industrial environments
• Oversee multiple customer programs simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives are met
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 6 years of experience in customer-facing program or project management in a technical environment
• Experience with Industrial Engineering or Warehouse Management Systems is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, Visio, Teams, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
