Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the integration of clients into a high-performance product suite, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage new client implementations, coordinate onboarding activities, set client expectations, and communicate project status while addressing critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for the implementation of core service offerings and data integration
• Work directly with clients to review project status, resolve issues, and consult on specific requirements
• Maintain real-time project status through online project management tools and provide reporting to management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience in implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting
• PMP Certification preferred
• Extensive familiarity with payer or provider-based healthcare data sets required
• Experience with project management tools and technical proficiency with cloud-based document sharing systems
