Job Summary
As a full-time remote Implementation Project Manager, the successful candidate will manage the software implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to the LMS by acting as their primary point of contact and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end software implementation process, including gathering requirements and developing project timelines
- Act as a liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards
- Provide in-depth training on the LMS, customizing workflows to meet each client's specific needs
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management in software environments
- Previous experience in training or software training roles
- Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts
- Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset
- Experience with data import tools is preferred
