Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Implementation Project Manager, the successful candidate will manage the software implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to the LMS by acting as their primary point of contact and providing expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end software implementation process, including gathering requirements and developing project timelines
• Act as a liaison for cross-departmental collaboration and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards
• Provide in-depth training on the LMS, customizing workflows to meet each client's specific needs

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Management in software environments
• Previous experience in training or software training roles
• Understanding of basic online/SaaS concepts
• Proven time management skills and a project-oriented mindset
• Experience with data import tools is preferred
