Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple enterprise-level client implementation projects remotely, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and execute projects from contract signature through successful handover to Operations, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and leading client meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software/SaaS or enterprise solution delivery
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different geographies
• Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Experience working in client-facing roles with enterprise customers
