Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading client onboarding and service expansion projects, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will ensure seamless execution and operational readiness while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Develop and oversee project plans, communication strategies, and risk management processes
• Foster trusted relationships with clients through proactive engagement and alignment with their business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in client-focused, operational, or project management roles
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
• Formal certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile are a plus
• Familiarity with integration protocols (API, SFTP, EDI) is advantageous
