Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Project Manager will drive project implementation timelines, manage dealer communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful platform launches and transitions into the adoption process.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce products and set expectations regarding timelines, billing, and dealer participation
• Hold customers and internal team members accountable to project timelines and provide status reports to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot customer issues during deployment and ensure effective communication and documentation in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of high-level automotive experience preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and competency with relevant computer applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
• Desire for ongoing education and training to enhance skillset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
