Job Summary

Managing project objectives and timelines, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager II will oversee client onboarding, risk management, and team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines while adjusting work schedules to keep projects on course
• Communicate project expectations and progress effectively to clients and team members
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and conflicts to ensure smooth project execution

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
• Experience in client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS implementation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead multiple strategic projects simultaneously with successful outcomes
