Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for the success and risk management of complex client implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will lead executive-level conversations, manage client expectations, and address implementation risks to ensure operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation discussions with executive and business owner stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks while monitoring readiness indicators
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across departments to support implementation success

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of HCM, payroll, or SaaS implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience handling escalated clients
• Evidence of mentoring or leadership capabilities
• Ability to manage high-impact or complex accounts
• PMP or similar certification preferred but not required
