Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading client-facing initiatives, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage onboarding, expansions, and complex renewals while ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding and operational implementation projects
• Develop and execute project plans, track milestones, and maintain detailed project status documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet implementation requirements and ensure operational readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, healthcare operations, or project coordination
• Experience with state Medicaid contract changes and translating regulatory requirements into operational workflows
• Familiarity with Smartsheet and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, Six Sigma, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
