Job Summary

Supporting the planning and execution of connected care technology initiatives, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will manage implementation projects focused on digital health and virtual care tools, collaborating with various stakeholders in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects related to digital health and technology adoption initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation while tracking milestones and performance metrics
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within healthcare implementation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience in developing training programs and stakeholder engagement activities
• Knowledge of digital health tools and virtual care technologies
• Ability to present project updates and findings to leadership and stakeholders
