Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of Consumer/Opening implementations, the full-time Implementation Project Manager will manage project timelines, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure successful project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and lead major milestone meetings, including Kick-Off and UAT Kick-Off
• Review the scope of work and build the project timeline while holding customers accountable to deadlines
• Track project progress in JIRA and manage the project timeline in Smartsheet

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Smartsheet and JIRA is a plus
• Ability to lead critical conversations and engage senior stakeholders effectively
• Team-oriented with flexibility to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
