Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the coordination of trading partner implementation projects, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will track deliverables, maintain schedules, and drive accountability to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination for trading partner onboarding and change implementations, tracking business requirements and technical milestones
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and dependencies
• Monitor implementation health, identifying risks and escalating issues to leadership as needed

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, implementation management, or program coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities
• Experience in healthcare IT, data integration, or EDI environments is preferred
• Proficiency with project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus
