Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

To support client onboarding initiatives, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will manage project objectives, create project plans, and oversee risk management while ensuring effective communication with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, adjusting work schedules as necessary to keep projects on track
• Communicate project expectations and progress to clients and internal teams, influencing timely completion of tasks
• Assess and manage project risks, implementing action plans to mitigate bottlenecks and ensure smooth project execution

Required qualifications

• 4-5 years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Experience in client onboarding, benefits administration, or SaaS solution implementation
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience leading multiple strategic projects with successful outcomes in scope, schedule, and budget
