Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the full implementation lifecycle, the full-time Associate Implementation Project Manager will work alongside the Implementation Project Manager to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new clients, manage project plans, and facilitate internal meetings to address potential risks.

Key responsibilities

• Support all internal aspects of new group implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Build and own detailed project plans, coordinating with internal departments to set deadlines
• Track deliverables across teams, follow up on milestones, and escalate risks to leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
